Quality Analysts
Kansas City, Missouri
As a Quality Analyst, you will work collaboratively with the project team in a fluid, fast-paced environment, as you maximize testing efficiency, provide analysis of requirements and design documents, and provide effort estimates for testing tasks.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), and possess 3 or more years of direct experience performing manual software testing, utilizing HP ALM/Quality Center, and 3-plus years designing, writing, executing and maintaining test automation scripts, utilizing HP UFT/QTP. Your background should include working as part of an Agile/Scrum team, and use of SQL queries, test data, and applications on multi-tier, mainframe and web-based platforms. You must be able to build test automations online with developers, and create VB scripts. Finally, you’ll need outstanding communications skills and ease in working with others. Accountability, initiative, and adaptability will also be sought in candidates.
