Hertz seeks a Area Revenue Manager to support all brands in the New York Zone (JFK/LGA/EWR). The Area Revenue Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of revenue generated from ancillary sales, through coaching, training and motivating front line employees and location management. Candidate must demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a diverse work environment. The Area Revenue Manager will also actively participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing new employees through hands-on approach of coaching and mentoring.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred:
1-3 years of prior sales management experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Confident, enthusiastic, charismatic, with good time management skills
Goal-oriented and motivated
Capable of training and motivating employees and managers
