As an ambitious and aggressive General Manager, you will develop and implement business growth strategies by establishing and leading business processes to ensure effective sales, inventory and financial-metrics management. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial and residential customers, as well as develop high-performance teams across multiple locations. To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of product sales and business operation management; a background in the construction industry is preferred. Outstanding leadership skills, along with superior communications and relationship-building abilities will drive success in this role. You should be able to network easily and effectively within your community with general contractors, architects, and more to continually increase sales. A college degree, while preferred, is not required.
