• Deliver effective online programs in support of rBU business unit goals, shaping those goals by educating management on changing customer habits and trends.
• Develop strategic web presence for US market, addressing healthcare professional, consumer and commercial audiences within the rBU (Women’s Health). Identify and propose to rBU management opportunities to achieve business goals through use of the internet (web, email, mobile, social media, search, online advertising, eDetailing, etc); develop strategies and tactics; implement, measure effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
• Leverage US' leadership role in eMarketing to ensure the global organization benefits by partnering with global Business Unit counterparts, contributing to and shaping global activities.
• Identify and deliver synergies through support of company-wide, re- usable solutions rather than individual efforts, through effective use of in-house resources, and through effective vendor selection and management.
• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum of 8 years marketing experience.
• Significant experience executing eMarketing from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to measure/evaluate (web analytics) against strategic objectives and optimize based on performance.
• Significant experience researching and identifying online opportunities.
• Track record of effectively marketing to multiple audiences (such as consumer and B-to-B for single product or service).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and improving business processes, and influencing peers and managers to embrace them.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Familiarity with web technologies and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Women’s Health.
