Responsibilities:
- Engineer for performance and scale.
- Engineer to integrate with other teams data.
- Provide software to make things easier for other engineers.
- Be proactive, and be professional.

Desired Skills and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to write non-trival software code in C, Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Interest in the Go programming language.
- Network programming knowledge.
- Scaling software to handle large data sets.
- Is passionate about developent and how to help other engineers via tools.
- Experience in development of project design, integration testing, and service releases.
- Business communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Contributes to open source projects.
- Participates in coding contests.
- Blogs about technical subjects
- Experience in engineering for scale.
- Is active and up to date in one is favorite programming areas.
- Enjoys GNU/Linux.
- Vim or Emacs. Screen or tmux.
- Offshore management.

Language Level:
- English : TOEIC over 800
- Japanese : Daily conversation preferred (For non-native Japanese speakers)
