Position Summary:
O-net engineers are in charge of development, operation and service produce of Japan's largest match making service( More than 40,000 members)

Responsibilities:
This position is supposed to be in charge of development and operation of each product; O-net Service for members, Business System for O-net business members.
- You will be required to construct systems meeting requirements from O-net members and O-net Business Dept. but more than that, also be required to create extra values while innovating new technologies and development process from a perspective of us as engineers.

Engineers will gain skills and experience as follows.
- Skill of project management
- Skill of product management
- Skill of service KPI management
- Development and operational skills of web service
- You are to create products cooperationg with professionals and specialist of various fiels each other and be able to expand your specialized field of development and your vision as a engineer.

Desired Skills and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of coding experience of PHP or Java
- Fundamental understanding for HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Experience of using SQL
- Experience of operating on Linux/Unix
- Good communication skill

Preferred Qualifications:
- Javascript
- Experience of project manager
- Experience of architecht or technology lead for project
- Experience of development, design and operation software system
- Be proactive to gain technology information

Language Level:
English: Not required
Japanese: Business Level
Have TOEIC score over 800
