Job Description
Location Manager II, Compliance - Philadelphia Airport
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Internal Controller's Checklist and the following:

1) Compliance with company policy and procedures
2) All facility orders come to me for pre-approval and submittal for payments. (Hertz & DTG)
3) Order all supplies and brochures for all departments
4) Iprocurement (Afflick, Moores, Imperial, Office Depot, etc)
5) Attend all QC meetings.
6) Create Toolboxes and hold mini-huddles to explain new processes.
7) Handle the majority of business interaction with outsourced vendors (cleaning company, transporters, camera system, etc)
8) Review Reports (Daily as needed) for all locations that fall under 1450
a) CASH Audits
b) Unresolve Preprints
c) Price Match Adjustments
d) Verify all Misc Page 2 Adjustments
e) Verify all Promo Coupons
f) Verify all Rental Certificates
g) Revenue Dilution
8) Conduct training for Standard Work
9) Create schedule for Roadside and Terminal Direct
10) Assist with processing VIRs
11) Assist with high level customer service issues and billing
12) Assist with 7 day NoRev reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background:
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
Professional Experience:
3+ years of management experience preferred
Customer Service, Management, and Sales experience preferred.
A background managing a unionized workforce is helpful
Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Toyota Management techniques is an advantage.
Skills:
Professionally direct employees including: training, setting expectations, follow up and corrective action.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage in verbal interactions with customers.
Strong sales skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
Ability to project professional appearance.
Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency in English.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, reading and the ability to use a computer, telephone, calculator, copy machine and fax machine.
