Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
As a member of the HR Business Process Improvement Department, you’ll work as part of a team dedicated to improving the effectiveness of HR Service Delivery at SHW. Through your efforts to establish, improve & support SHW’s Global HR processes & systems, you’ll have a direct impact on the overall quality, capability and cost of HR Service Delivery. This position will work closely with the HR Process Improvement, Compensation, HR, and IT Departments to advance SHW’s planning in this area, and to drive forward any subsequent HR transformations. Specific responsibilities include:

• Manages projects to drive improvement & expansion of Global Compensation and HR processes & systems
• Conducting Detailed Analyses, Defining Business Requirements, and Documenting Business Processes to support the Business Strategy
• Providing quality support for S-W’s enterprise Compensation and HR systems (End User Support, Issue Resolution, Interface Support)
• Providing advanced business intelligence (reporting) support
• Providing project coordination of small/medium sized initiatives
• Creation of Test plans for application testing, and quality execution of those plans
• Establishing and Executing Change Management & Communication Plans to ensure the successful completion & adoption of transformation efforts
• Provides identification of, and support for, Compensation & HR Process Improvements
• A competent, actively participating, team member
Experience Required:
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical (report writing, data analysis, etc.) Skills
• 2+ years experience conducting business/systems analysis & design efforts
• Previous experience with requirements gathering, analysis, testing & project coordination
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio Required
• Must demonstrate initiative and forward thinking
• Knowledge of Compensation and/or Human Resources systems a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer report writing tool a plus
• Experience working with, or in, Compensation or Human Resources a plus
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree

Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and ability to work in a team-oriented/collaborative environment, are a must for this position.
