Seeking a Sr. Revenue Accountant - PVSRA
Our Client Company is an independent natural gas and oil company focused on the exploration, acquisition, development and production of reserves in domestic onshore regions. A member of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index, they are currently seeking a Sr. Revenue Accountant in Houston, Texas. The salary is $85K to $95K. Relocation is available.

The Sr. Revenue Accountant initiates the accurate booking of revenues, including natural gas, oil and plant products. Importantly, this individual posts journal entries, processes accruals, and reconciles assigned accounts in preparation of month-end close cycles. Other duties include processing royalty payments, along with preparing reconciliations and variance analysis for assigned properties.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Revenue Accountant with an E&P company; Oil and Gas experience
• Strong analytical skills for assisting with research, analysis and projects
• Self-starter and independent working abilities.
• Strong MS Excel skills, with Enertia experience preferred.
