As our Regional Vice President, you would champion our retail loan production through the oversight of existing Area Managers and their branches. This would entail the ongoing pursuit and acquisition of identified new offices within the region, as well as the active recruitment, training and retention of successful and skilled Area Managers. What’s more, you would spearhead the recruitment of all origination team members for each office. Importantly, you will work to achieve Regional profitability and other performance goals, such as generating funded loan volume at or above budget, managing fixed costs per funded loan targets, and maintaining loan-file submission quality and lock pull-through. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and have eight to 10 years of demonstrated success in building markets within the mortgage industry, as you will be expected to open up six new markets in Texas and, possibly, Oklahoma. An ability to build and mentor teams will be essential to your success in this role. Finally, an NMLS is desired, but not necessary.
