Role Description
This role is responsible for working the WTOC Leadership Team to manage the development tracking and reporting of the organizations project portfolio and budget to optimize providing financial leadership and managing the operations finance activities for Worldwide Talent and Organization Capability (WTOC).

Primary contact for projects and operations for WTOC organization including the annual
budgeting process, monthly reporting and forecasting, escalating issues, mitigating risks,
and continuous process improvement as well as ensuring accurate accounting of
operations and project expenses.

Responsibilities
Budget Operations:
oPoint of contact for Finance within WTOC and budget custodian
oWorking with head Strategy Integration, lead annual budgeting process
oWork with finance to actively maintain WTOC annual budget up-to-date to reflect changes in business conditions. As a result, provide the insight to
analyze and surface budget risks and opportunities for the potential redeployment of
funds or give-backs to organization
oProvide insight to WTOC and advice on operations strategy and projects
oWork with the LT on WTOC financial processes including being central point of contact for all WTOC purchase orders, invoice processing, and report generation.

Monthly Reporting:
oTrack and report monthly Operational budget variance analysis and forecast for regular financial reviews
oIdentify and communicate the operational drivers around results and develop and use appropriate metrics for each WTOC area
oResponsible for the data and financial integrity of WTOC's reported monthly expenses, including driving awareness to WTOC teams of key budget processes

Project Portfolio Management
oDevelop, track and report WTOC operational and project portfolios
oWork with WTOC LT to proactively manage portfolio allocation to ensure alignment with integrated talent strategy
oWork with WTOC LT and project managers to effectively scope, track and report key project information
oUtilize negotiation skills to drive project team and executives to make decisions in a timely manner in order to deliver project as to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality

Qualifications
•Undergraduate degree level education required. Graduate degree preferred.
•3-5 years of financial experience along with portfolio management experience
•Advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to design relevant reports out of
Business Objects
•Demonstrate understanding of the organization’s business models, operations, financial goals, competitive position, and talent strategy
•Analytical nature; ability to assess data, draw conclusions and recommend improvements
•Ability to anticipate issues/needs and to work proactively to address them
•Takes initiative, works pro-actively, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter with ability to work independently or as part of a global team
•Provide value-add recruiting advice to influence talent decisions and strategies
