Role Description
Accountable for consumer promotion planning, strategy & tactical development, and post promotion analysis of existing and new brands within the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare portfolio.
•Strong ability to recommend consumer promotion solutions that drive trial, awareness, sales, and repeat purchases of PCH brands; must also be able to navigate multiple challenges across all PCH business units
•Ability to make insight and data driven decisions in a timely manner; must represent the Consumer Promotion team professionally and effectively with the Marketing team, agencies, suppliers, and Field Sales
•Must be a self-starter who can work quickly through assigned tasks and projects
•Frequently interacts with both internal and external customers/stakeholders in a way that inspires high performance, confidence and respect from all
•Solid knowledge and understanding of the in-store environment at leading retailers and PCH primary channels of distribution
•Solid knowledge of sales and marketing industry practices, techniques and standards

Responsibilities
1.Key contact for PCH brand managers to the Consumer Promotion Team
2.Ability to define promotion strategy; can identify relevant trends, insights, attitudes, consumer values, and behaviors to build effective consumer promotion programs
3.Strategic advisor to PCH brand teams on consumer promotional plan development as part of the marketing mix
4.Ability to identify innovative opportunities for testing and implementation
5.Consumer Promotion quarterly budget tracking – includes coupon activity and promotion spend reports
6.Ability to coordinate pre and post-promotion analysis and evaluation with PCH Promotion Analysts; prepare results to share with brand teams and make recommendations on future programs
7.Prepare consumer promotion competitive reviews for PCH business units
8.Keep abreast of competitive promotional activity, insights, and key learnings to support PCH’s brands more effectively
9.Manage multiple PCH Portfolio Events
10.Identify new PCH business opportunities through targeting and loyalty programs
11.Key participant in annual business plan development

Qualifications
