Senior IT Manager Desktop Strategy (IO)
Leads IT projects for new innovations, process improvements, and/or operations. Manages several teams of system administrators and desktop operations staff through project design and delivery of desktop functionality and systems. Identifies and manages platform strategic direction in coordination with business users' needs and direction. Oversees large-scale projects including new operating system migrations and helps to develop new strategies and changes to enhance the environment.

Responsibilities:
• Work with business partners and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of system and determine priority of needs.
• Manage standard system processes and enhancements to system
• Manage team of associates and contractors
• Manage up to 4 people

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of experience in Managing medium to large IT projects
• 1 year of experience in Project Management
• 2 years of experience in IT development or support

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering or Computers
• 5 years of experience in Managing medium to large IT projects
• 5 years of experience in Project Management
• 2 years of experience in Software development
